R8000 Firmware

Firmware - V1.0.4.12_10.1.46

I have no idea why itself firmware causing from between 526Mbps - 468Mbps to 17Mbps - 13Mbps... I had to rebooted and seem not good after that... 186Mbps, 168Mbps, 168Mbps, 169Mbps and 168Mbps... My ISP I paying for 500Mbps... What going on? Anyone? If this happen again, I'll go ahead custom firmware since this netgear firmware seem having serious problem inside job. I thought this company is trust 100%

Am I right? If I'm wrong... Let me ask you why I have to reboot router every time when it having problem? Make no sense... Custom Firmware can reboot on it own whenever you want... I had it on my WNDR3700v4 and it's great for long time... I don't want do it to my R8000 unless You adding reboot by setup on time and day... I set it up by everyday at 4:00AM = 0400... Because it will kept clean and very stable but we already knew this firmware from netgear doesn't come with that... It's your choose cause I'm so tired of excuses, wasting my time and my boss almost fired me for not do my job because of this firmware supposed to be stable always, I knew it's not your fault but... Come on!... PLEASE DO NOT MAKE AN EXCUSES... No buts, No blaming others each and giving me that firmware ASAP come with setup time and date to be reboot router everyday... Or you'll lose your customer which me... Possibly other customers will follow me unless you do something about it ASAP... I really hate to see your customers lose trust in you...

P.S. I already had support from ISP... They told me something very wrong with that router... That router is very good but they said itself firmware is really serious messed up... They already tested my computer directly to my modem CM1000, I got over 600Mbps but... Please tell me truth... What going on?...
