Can you provide some more details like your ISP and any error messages that are happening?

_Which_ "the steps and instruction"?
> [...] it seems router is not accepting my ISP credential
"seems"? "not accepting" is not a useful problem description. It
does not say what you did. It does not say what happened when you did
it. As usual, showing actual actions (commands) with their actual
results (error messages, LED indicators, ...) can be more helpful than
vague descriptions or interpretations.Assuming that you really do have a problem with your PPPoE
credentials, are there any special characters in them? Various Netgear
routers (firmware versions) have had problems with them over the years. Can your ISP tell you what it's seeing?
- renielnuedaAspirantThe steps I made is the usual Nighthawk app step setting app router,
Turn off modem
Turn on again
Plug nighthawk
Then Etc.
After that I get error then the app told me to enter my ISP credential manually,
My ISP credential is like this username e3079137, pass: ruln3173 its like that, I have a linksys router which I did the same setup but having no problem.
I tried the Acess Point mode in the nighthawk it is working fine so it doesn't have problem with the internet cable and all
I have researched few in youtube having same problem, I tried downgrading firmware, update it the same thing error
