I am not able to see my 2.4ghz under "networks' on any of my devices, how to fix this please

Is Smart Connect enabled on the router.
Do you see the 2.4Ghz LED ON or blinkining any top of the router?
- baklolAspirantHi yes the router 2.4ghz light is on and shows as connected and working but won’t show up under networks. It should show up as Netgear 2.4ghz isn’t it ? Just like Netgear 5ghz
