R8000P QOS won't scan speed or update performance database
When I try to have my R8000P run a speed test from the web console it greys out all the buttons and doesn't do anything. It does the same things when I click Automatically update performance optimization database UPDATE NOW.
I have manually set my speed for QOS, but would like to download the optimization database.
Any suggestions to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Internal router testing applications are notoriously inconsistent and unreliable. Recommend you download and install the native throughput testing application from Ookla. Look in the Play Store for your operating system. Testing through a web browser just adds another variable to the mix.
What is the brand name and model number for the upstream modem or optical network terminal where you are connecting your R8000p?

I think that feature died years ago.
How fast is your Internet speed? QoS is an old tool that was there to let gamers to hog their Internet bandwidth. These days gthe advice to anyone with speed over 300 Mbps, some say less, that QoS is more a hindrance than a help. It strains the router's CPU and slows things down generally.
Do you have any reason to think that QoS would benefit you? Or do you just fancy the misleading label? I say that because someone else brought it up here recently and concluded that QoS would be no use to them.
