R8000P update firmware won't work

Question

Windows 10Modem CM1200&nbsp;trying to upgrade to V1.4.2.84-1.3.42&nbsp;Cannot log into 192.168.1.1.&nbsp; Cannot find security to reset password.&nbsp; Reset router didn't seem to change the log in to:&nbsp; admin/password.&nbsp;&nbsp;Thank you, Carole&nbsp;

When you reset, push and hold until the lights blink while powered on.
Try holding up to 30 seconds&nbsp;
the login/password is case sensitive

Thank you, thank you.&nbsp; I did reset and got a new password etc.&nbsp; It wouldn't update the firmware but baby step.&nbsp; Have a nice day.&nbsp;

My firmware updated. Thank u so much. My laptop won't get internet now but the Hulu is good sooooo.
