R8300 cannot load routerlogin page

Hi Community

 

I just did a reset factory on my R8300, and now im unable to access the routerlogin page, I have it connected to the ISP modem via cable, i can navigate via wifi with no issue using my R8300 but when accesing the page i cannot

    What is that modem? Make and model?

     

    What happens when you try to get to routerlogin?

     

    How are you trying to get there? With a web browser and the graphical user interface (GUI)?
