Assuming that the WiFi LED button is "on" (page 13 of the user manual)
i.e. the LED is LIT.
The 2.4G, 5G, and 60G radios should be on and broadcasting the defined WiFi networks. Any WiFi Analyzer application or program (such as WiFi Info View, free for Windows) should detect them.
If the signals are not detected, then the router is not working.
