R9000 not booting up

Nighthawkk X10 (R9000) AD 7200 Smart Router

Suddenly, the route stopped working and the following is the LED blinking status.

1. The following LED is blinking white

Power

Internet

USB3.0 1

USB3.0 2

10G

WiFi

WPS

2. The following LED is blinking orange

LAN 1

LAN 2

Blinking orange LED is less frequent than blinking white LED.

I tried to flash firmware via TFTP but no luck.

The router is dead or bricked?

Please advise and help.

Thank you.

What FW is loaded on the router?

What is plugged into LAN ports 1 and 2?

Do the other LAN ports work?

Does factory reset setting the router by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds then release change anything? Can you access the routers web page at 192.168.1.1 at all?

I don't know the exact firmware version.

Nothing is plugged in any port.

Based on network adaptor property from Windows control panel, every port says Cable unplugged.

As a result, I can't access Web GUI.

Also I tried to reset many times but nothing happens when I press reset button.

Try a 30-30-30 reset and see if this clears this...

Disconnect the router from the ISP modem and all ethernet connected devices before hand.

  • I already tried TFTP method based on the link you provided.

    It didn't do anything.
