R9000 selectively slow LAN
Ok, been through the assorted posts but cannot find anything specific to my current issue. I have a 250Mbps down plan but speed test in browser rarely exceeds 100. When I skip the router and plug into the modem I pull the expected 250. The internal speedtest found in the router admin page also shows the expected 250 but regardless of physical port my browser still pulls under 100. Traffic Meter has always been off. Is there a secret squirrel setting I am missing or is this a long overdue defect I am just now noticing?

what modem/gateway is it connected to?
What 5ghz speeds do you get?
What 2.4ghz speeds do you get?What wired speeds?
Have you tried factory resetting and reinstalling?What port speeds are showing in the statistics page (screen snip it).
