RAX43 — Nighthawk AX5 5-Stream AX4200 WiFi Router

Question

I am unable to connect my router to my internet. Can’t work out how to do it and have followed the instructions and troubleshoots.Anyone else had this issue and know how to fix it at all

What modem/gateway are you connecting it to?&nbsp;
What error/issue are you running into in detail? "won't connect" doesn't tell us much.&nbsp;

Thanks for the reply. I’m trying to set it up from the start in the app and connect the router to the internet connection (my internode internet) and just fails every time. It comes up with cables correct then goes to internet not detected. I’ve followed the set up as per instructions.

I then go to advance settings and click PPPoE try to connect using my login password and still fails.

I hope this is enough information for your help

Don't use stupid and limited apps, no matter what NG wants you to use. When configuring a router, it's best to use its Web UI at http://routerlogin.net or http://192.168.1.1
