RAX43V2 firmware update?

I have tried to update my firmware on my RAX43V2.   The router shows/says that there is a firmware update available but won't install it. I have tried manually installing from the downloaded file. ...

I am using Edge, Chrome and Firefox. Tried to upload(install/upgrade) via the web ui on all 3 browsers, getting the same error message.

 

So I am still running the 1.1.3.18

Are you uploading the .chk file inside the zip?

    I have extracted the files and am uploading the .chk file.
