RAX80 issues

I can’t have access to personal controls and I can’t pause and resume access for devices.
And my download speed is 48Mbps and my upload speed is 14Mbps, is that a problem from my device?

    You didn't give us much and what you did say, was super brief. 

    1. you have the RAX80? 

    2. what firmware is on it? 

    3. what modem/gateway is it connected to? 

    4. what speeds do you pay for? What speeds do you get hardwired in? (tell us your speeds without a frame or reference for what you pay for doesn't help much)

    5. you're having issues using access control? What exactly is happening? (in details)
