Well, if you put it back make sure the permissions are set up so anyone with the link can download the file (without having to request access from you).

I suggest allowing anyone with the link to access (view and download) the file.

Yes, copy paste and using the camera icon don't work for images. Neither does the paper clip.
You can of course just tell us what your problem is.
