Select the menu symbol to insert/edit a link. Past the link to the file in the box.
After YEARS of simply pasting images into posts, the loss of this feature is really annoying. I'm hoping now that the holidays and weekend are over, someone will undo whatever change was made to the Forum software that caused this problem.
