Ready share cloud

I'm running a Nighthawk R7900P and my router usually works with my drive on it. I can see it when I am at home and my ready cloud works while on the network. I'm out of town so when I go to tap into my ready share cloud and it says it is offline. That my router is offline too while using my night hawk app. Problem is that it is not offline. I can see my video surveillance which uses my router to give me access anywhere. So I know the router is working just fine. I am using it as an APN bridge because the modem is a a dual model modem/router provided by my ISP. Any suggestions as to why it is showing up this way. I can ping the IP as well seeing that it is hot as well.
