ReadyShare Vault "Backup Drive Not Accessible"
I have a R7000 and have used the Vault Utility in the past and have found it useful. However, now when I open it, it says "Backup Drive not Accessible" on the dashboard. And, when I go to the Backup tab, it says "No Readyshare Devices found". The HDD is connected to the router and shows up in the Netgear Control Center, as well as on readycloud.netgear.com. I'm not sure what to do?!
Hi All,
Try to run the utility as administrator. Right click the software icon then click on run as admin.

I'm having the same problem. I tried the reset, tried rebooting. I can access my T drive, but the ready share says it's unavailable

Sorry for the delay in response. I did not see the option of running as administrator. This did not seem to resolve my issue.
