Router / Internet Connection Issues

I have a R6700vZ.  I have been using it with my home internet connecting multiple things to include my work computer and I have never had any issues.  Everything else is still working fine except my work computer.  I am not able to connect to the internet at all.  It will show a brief connection, and then it will say "no internet connection".  All other devices in the home are still working fine.  I have reset the router multiple times, unplugged everything multiple times, etc.  My Wifi on the computer works fine with my mobile phone hotspot and other Wifi connections, so it is something about my home internet / router.  It appears that it has been "white listed" from the router access, but when I look at the app for the router on my phone, I can still see it showing there as an item that's connected.  Any ideas on what is causing this issue and what I can do to fix the issue?  I have contacted my internet company and they were no help since everything else appears to be working.  The IT department at my company has also tried multiple things to try and fix the issue.

As well as the questions from plemans can you tell us something about this work computer?

Is it a Windows PC? Where do you see the message "no internet connection"?

If that is Windows Networking, have you run the Internet Connection Wizard?

Is this a private or public network?

It is a Windows PC.  (Windows 10 Enterprise)

The message "no internet connection" is displayed on the available wifi connections when trying to connect to the specific internet connection.  It is a private home network.

        I should have been clearer.

By public/private, I meant what does Windows have it down as?

Perhaps that's what you mean too.

        In Windows?

If you are getting errors in Windows, that suggests to me that the R6700v2 router is not the issue, especially when everything else works as expected.

You didn't answer the question from plemans about the "gateway is it connected to". This is the modem/gateway between the router and the Internet. In this context, "gateway" usually refers to a box that combines modem, router and phone access to the outside world.  It is not what Windows knows as the gateway.(Blame the IT industry for the confusing use of terminology.)
