Router constantly becoming wedged

Nighthawk X6S R7900P

Direct connection to ISP cable modem

13 different WiFi devices connected

Every few days, the router becomes wedged (unresponsive) for no apparent reason. Internal logs don't show anything that could've caused the issue. During the time the router is wedged, the ISP's internet connection is still up and functioning without issue.

Suggestions?

Thanx.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
    Turn off and unplug modem.
    Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

      Firmware Version: V1.4.3.88_1.3.50

      ISP Modem Manufacturer: Arris

      ISP Modem Model: TM3402A

There are numerous WiFi signals in the area, but all signal strengths pale in comparison to mine.

Every time the router becomes wedged, I power cycle both the router and the cable modem.

      Thanx.

Try a factory reset on the router.

Also enable IPv6 on the router as well...
