Router issues
We are using a Netgear Nighthawk AC1900 Smart WiFi Router, Model # R6900.
We live in a 2,600 sq foot house that has 3 levels. The router is on the middle level.
Apple TV works fine on the middle and upper levels. On the bottom level where the Direct TV is installed we are experiencing issues like buffering when using Apple TV. So we have moved the Apple TV to the middle level. We want to use it on the bottom level.
based on the above do you think an extender would resolve this issue? If so, which extender would you recommend?
Hi AlanRittel,
It could be that the signal strength is low on the bottom area. You can check the following extenders.

You could also use another as a access point a set of power lan adaptor could connect the two routers if a lan cable is not possible.
