Router says "not connected" but my devices have connection..

I use my R7000P as an AP. The past few days when I log into the router, the internet section has a red X and it says "not connected" even though all of my devices are connected and using wifi.   Is this a glitch? How do I fix it.... I attached an image showing what I am talking about

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the host router the NG router is connected too?

Be sure your using good quality LAN cable between the host router and the R7000. CAT6 is recommended.

Be sure the LAN cable is connected to the R7000's WAN port from the host routers LAN port.

Could indicate a cable problem or a problem at the host router...

Firmware for the R7000P running AP mode is V1.3.1.64_10.1.36

Host router is my Netgear R7000 and all cables to it are CAT6. I have LAN1 on the R7000 going to the WAN on the R7000P.

Try powering OFF ISP modem, and both R series units for 1 minute or longer then back on with the modem first, host router next then AP lastly.
