Security questions not working

I am trying to log into my router info via web browser and when i enter my security questions it is tell me it is not what they have on record.  I know these answers are correct, i have entered them before, and they were saved.  please someone tell me i can still log in without resetting it to factory settings.

    If for some reason they were lost (maybe during a reset) or aren't input correctly (capitalization counts?) so that they aren't working, you'd need to factory reset to get back to defaults. 

  • I will never buy a Netgear product again and I will definitely steer people away for them!!!

     

    Support had to help me a few times to get my router up and running to not have the hundreds of Pings constantly as default!

     

    I did not purchase the extended service like they wanted. Pressured to buy it everytime I called!!

     

    Now the support has ran out, I can not get into my router.

    Not thru browser, not thru app.

    Won't accept my security questions or my password.

     

    I know my security answers are correct, yes capitals and all!!

    I know my password is right!

     

    I will neverrrrrrr buy a product from Netgear again in my life!!!!
