Server certificate cannot be trusted (Nighthawk R7000)

Question

Hi,&nbsp;Hoping someone can help me understand why all of sudden my internet stopped working.&nbsp; I have a Nighthawk AC1900 (R7000) and when I try opening YouTubeTV, HULU, AmazonPrime, etc... I get an error that says "Server Certificate cannot be trusted.&nbsp; Please contact content provider".&nbsp;&nbsp;When I try to connect via my phone, I get this error message "Cannot Verify Server Identity".&nbsp; "The identity of "m.hotmail.com" cannot be verified.&nbsp;&nbsp;I do have a hotmail account, but I don't understand what is going on.&nbsp;When I try to connect to my router through the app on my phone, I'm unable to connect wirelessly.&nbsp; I try to "connect via Anywhere Access" and it says my router is disconnected.&nbsp;&nbsp;I have unplugged and rebooted the router many times with no change.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Is this an issue with the router, or is it with my internet provider?&nbsp;Thank you for the feedback.&nbsp;

I did call Windstream support. They said from what they could tell I should have internet. They are going to send a tech out in the next few days. It seems like I’ve lost the Windstream IP address somehow. My Nighthawk router has always worked great with the Windstream service. I can’t believe it’s something with the router. I have been losing internet off and on the past few weeks. When that happens, I reboot the router and it the internet comes back.

What firmware is on the router?&nbsp;

I don’t have a modem/gateway. My internet provider is Windstream Kinetic (dish). There is a cable going from the satellite dish to a POE. Then a LAN goes to the router.
I can’t tell what version the router is on. I’m unable to access it through my phone app.

does it work directly connected to the windstream dish?

When I plug the LAN directly in to my laptop, bypassing the router, I get warning… “Ethernet doesn’t have a valid IP configuration “.
