Shut off by customer service

My pc was locked out by customer service & wifi box disable due to not wanting to give up my personal finance info

    netgear isn't going to lock your stuff. 

    I'm betting you tried to get customer service and got a scam/con site that locked it and are wanting you to buy a firewall/virus software.
