Slow speed suddenly on R8000

I've been using this router for about 1.5 years now. As of 2 days ago, my download speed seems capped to 7Mbps, while the upload goes up to 20Mbps. Directly through out wired connection in the wall, not using the router, I am getting 200 / 200 Mbps for down and up.

What can I troubleshoot? Nothing has changed at all this week. I have tried to unplug and plug back in the router, but there is no effect. I did a hard reset and used default router settings and still get the same effect. Is there anything else to try? I can't believe that I suddenly have a broken $300 router....
