So Confusing!

OMg! This is so nerve wrecking. These people (NetGear) can't even recognize the model number of the product I have.
I have an AX1800 RAX10 Wi-Fi 6 Router.

And apparently they have no telephone support. "Great".

Even though I was able to hook it up to my network, their Nighthawk app will not recognize the configuration, rendering the app useless. Then they want you to download some security software you may not need. We have a hard enough time trying to figure out how to connect the damn thing.

    There may be no phone support for Netgear, but you can do it via the support portal:

    Start a case and, with luck, they will contact you.

    With so little information about what your network is, who knows why things go wrong?

     

    You could start by telling us what happens when you try to use this Nighthawk app. Oh, and which app it is, Android or iOS.
