SSID password not recognised

Today I tried upgrading the firmware to v 1.0.6.28. My first upgrade since purchasing 6 months ago. (Netgear Nighthawk R7000)   Now my main WiFi SSID NETGEAR33 fails to work in all devices (laptops...

    It has been established in other threads on this forum that after this update, you MUST reset to factory defaults (there is an option in the GUI, or by pressing the recessed button on the back with a straightened paper clip or similar until the power LED flashes, it is NOT the same as a simple reboot or power cycle.), then re-enter your setup by hand. Do NOT restore from a saved configuration. This does not guarantee that you won't have problems though. In fact, I suggest you downgrade back to 1.0.4.28 or 1.0.4.30, as the 1.0.6.28 has caused a ton of grief for lots of people. If you do downgrade, you probably need to do a factory reset to defaults after loading it as well.
