the R7000 has been bumped off the fastest router list sad but its true
so over at smallnetbuilder.com/tools/charts/router/view the r7000 has been knocked down its nolonger the fastest i was not suprised but im here to ask netgear can u make a firmware to make it fastest again so i dont have to spend cash on a new router ?
Eventually overtime, there will always be a newer router that will be faster than the ones that were released.
The test that was done for the R7000 was one of the old firmware released.
Kindly check the latest firmware and its release notes.

Which chart are you viewing? According to this http://www.smallnetbuilder.com/tools/rankers/router/view it's still #1 in the AC1900 class
