    Hi ccovidiu,

     

    If you happen to know the previous owner of the device then you may ask them to contact support and remove the device under their name. If not, contact support and provide the proof of purchase.

I know the previous owner of the device and I've asked him to contact support and remove the device under his name. After that I'll try to register the product again.Thank you!

    I've contacted the first owner of the router and he told me he didn't register the product. He checked on his account. If I give you two emails of the first owner or the product's serial number can you check?
