I have changed nothing on the router which is now working, but I can not log in to it or get the genie. I have set it up with wire but would like to have it wireless if possible.

Was given up address 20.0.0.1 this got it going with the genie. Thanks for the help

Running Kaspersky? It has caused this problem. If so, uninstall it and reinstall it will 'fix' the problem.

From the wired PC open a command prompt an enter IPCONFIG /ALL. Copy and paste the results into your post. GATEWAY IP ADDRESS should be the same one you enter into your browser to reach the router.

    Got this from my settings had to wire the router back into the modem and out of my computer to get this will try getting same for modem
