Trying to update Firmware on Router
I am trying to update firmware on my router, using the Nighthawk app on my phone. I tap on the icon, tap check for updates, and get the message "There was a problem checking firmware update", then either skip or try again. I hit try again and get the same thing. Can anyone please help me? I thank you so much!

What model router do you have?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
