Unable to Register ReadyCLOUD on Nighthawk AC1750 (R6700)

Hello,

 

I am unable to Register my ReadyCLOUD account on my router via the routerlogin.net page. After entering my Netgear account login credentials i am getting the message "This router is regisered with the following ReadyCLOUD user (my account)" for a split second. This message disappears and then "Registration failed" message appears.

I am able to login to the ReadyCloud site with the credentials however.

  • This issue was resolved. I had to setup it up in router mode for the ReadyCLOUD to work. Thanks to Netgear support.

    What is the firmware version of the router?

    You can try to use a different browser or different computer to register.

      Hi the firmware version is V1.1.0.42_1.0.1
      I also tried using another browser and got the same result unfortunately.

      I even got the same error on my phone browser.

        Hi Zafar2010,

         

        Can you check the timezone of your router? Make sure it is correct. That's under advanced tab> security> schedule.
