Unable to Un-Register R7100LG Router from ReadyCloud

Stuck in a bit of a loop.  

 

Due to my USB device's (1TB Samsung portable HD) continually disappearing and then re-appearing in ReadyCLOUD I un-registered my router from within my ReadyCLOUD account with the aim of re-registering it to see if that would fix the issue.  Having done so I then went to the router's Genie page to also unregister the router from my ReadyCLOUD account, but everytime I click on the Unregister button I get the following "Unable to remove your registration. Please try again.".  Now stuck in a loop, anyone any ideas?

  • Issue solved by Netgear Support.  Unit being RMA'd.

    I have un-registered my router on the ReadyCLOUD account and now need to log into my router to register it.

     

     

    But when I go to the router to register it, as you can see below it is already registered to my ReadyCLOUD account, try as I might, I'm unable to un-register it:

     

     

    Can anyone help?

      Issue solved by Netgear Support.  Unit being RMA'd.

      Hi, i have the same problem, but i got a used one and now it's too old to get support.
      Can anyone help me with a workaround ?
