Upgrade from Nighthawk AC1900 R7000
I have the old Nighthawk C1900 Model R7000 router (purchased in 2015) with Circle 1st Generation installed. Circle stopped tracking history and usage about 3 months ago and I can't resovle the issue even after looking at a few community chats on this topic. Has anyone just taken this hit to their wallet and upgraded to new router hardware? Did you buy another Netgear product? If not - what other vendor did you buy and did you find it a better product than Netgear.

what firmware version are you on?

I just downloaded firmware v1.0.11.126 today.
Was previously on a slightly out of date version - think it was v1.0.9x.
The Netgear hardware seems to work fine - it is mostly the Circle 1st Generation app that I integrated which stopped working with respect to:
1. USAGE - time in minutes a device was used today
2. HISTORY - log of URLs visited by a device
Personally I think the age of this NetGear product and some new firmware change has broken these Circle 1st Generation functions but no one wants to admit it. I have already uninstalled & reinstalled Circle, reset Circle to factor defaults, etc. but it just doesn't work anymore for #1 and #2 above.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the Circle product. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with Circle and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this "general Orbi" forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:
