Wall Mount of 1900
I have the 1900 (and the Mesh extender). I need to mount the router on the wall to get it out of the way of my new TV. I've read the document about wall mounting, but the featured router doesn't look...

I get that I need to screw it on the wall via the crossmark thingies on the bottom of the unit, but I can't figure out (I'm not the handiest woman around) if MY modem should go on its side, upside down or what, and where I should point the antennae.
The design of the mounting holes on my R7000P suggests that you can have the thing either way up, with the LAN ports at the top or on the bottom.
I'd pick the orientation that gives the best access when it is on the wall. If it is high enough then the antennae will cover the area with wifi.

What is the model number? 1900 could mean many things.
Your footer says R7000.
There is support material, including a manual, for the R7000 somewhere at the end of this link:

Looking at the R7000P on my desk, it is just a case of using screws to match the holes on the back.

I've had the router for a couple of years, but it's been on a table. It now has to go on the wall. There is a "document" on this website about wallmounting Netgear routers in general. I get that I need to screw it on the wall via the crossmark thingies on the bottom of the unit, but I can't figure out (I'm not the handiest woman around) if MY modem should go on its side, upside down or what, and where I should point the antennae.

Thanks. If I put it sideways, one or two antennae will be more pointable to the awesome X6S mesh extender that I recently bought to replace an older Netgear extender, so I think I'll go that route, As it were,
