wifi router does not connect internet RAX20

My router started not connecting to internet. After I rebooted, it does not show SSID and completely unable to connect to internet. Somehow, I was able to connect to guest

    What router do you have? The RAX20 from your title or the RAX40 from your signature?

    what firmware is on it? 

    have you tried a simple factory reset?

      Model:RAX20 AX1800 wifi
      Firmware:V1.0.4.100
      Please instruct how to factory reset

        to reset, push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on. 

        then follow the install guide
