WiFi/WPS lights not lit up

WiFi / WPS lights do not light up, even after pushing buttons. All else is normal.

    On what? 

    You didn't put modem/firmware/nothing other than wps/wifi not lighting up. 

    most need to be pushed and held for 2 seconds. 

    but for more info, the manual would be beneficial. 

    go to netgear.com/support/    type in your model number. it'll take you to manuals, guides, firmware.
