Windows 11 Pro cannot access Readyshare on Netgear R9000 router

I setup readyshare with a WD external hard drive to my Netgear R9000 router. My MacBook Pro, Mac Mini, Windows 10 Home, Windows 11 Home can access to the readyshare. However, my laptop with Windows 11 Pro CANNOT access to this readyshare and I got the error message "Windows cannot access \\readyshare".  I am so frustrated. Could someone help please.

      Thanks for your quick response. I tried this before, it did not resolve the issue.

        In that case, if everything else on your R9000 network is fine with ReadySHARE, something else in WINDOWS that is blocking your access.

         

        Windows 11 happily works with ReadySHARE here.
