Wired network on a RAX 20 not working
Hello,
One-and-a-half years ago I bought a RAX20 — 4-Stream AX1800 WiFi 6 nighthawk router. I picked this router because it had 4 ethernet ports on it, and I wanted to hook certain devices up using wires, so that seemed ideal. However, today it just stopped giving out IP addresses to the devices connected by wire, meaning they no longer have a working internet connection. I cannot seem to find any information on what might be wrong with it, or how to solve this issue.
I have made sure the router has the latest firmware, and have also done a factory reset, but to no avail.
Have other people had a similar problem or know where I might even start with fixing this?
Kind regards

Might be the firmware became corrupt. I recomend force updating the firmware again if that doesnt work maybe try a rollback to a previous firmware that was working for you.

Hi,
I tried to update the firmware, and then downgraded to V1.0.2.82_2.0.52 and did a factory reset. However, this has had no effect. The light on the router still burn, but its not actually providing an internet connection over the cable.

are you using the stock settings or have you changed them? factory reset?

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the NightHawk RAX WiFi 6 Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with NH router products and know how to work it better than those of us who follow this router forum. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Thank you.
