Wireless upload is super slow
I have a R6700v3 router with firmware V1.0.4.120_10.0.91 .
The upload is fine if connected via ethernet cable but it stinks on wifi.
I ran multiple speed tests to verify.
From the NightHawk app - 184.71 Mbps down; 6.76 Mbps up
Computer, Dell Inspiron 780 - Windows 10 Pro 20H2 64bit - connected via ethernet cable - 149.1 Mbps down; 20.4 Mbps up
Laptop 1,Dell Latitude 5500 - Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2 64bit - connected via wireless (5GHz)- 168.1 Mbps down; 0.11 Mbps up
Laptop 2, Dell Latitude 5410 - Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2 64bit - connected via wireless (5GHz)- 164.6 Mbps down; 0.12 Mbps up
Laptop 2, Dell Latitude 5410 - Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2 64bit - connected via wireless (5GHz, Guest network)- 166.5 Mbps down; 0.05 Mbps up
Laptop 2, Dell Latitude 5410 - Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2 64bit - connected via wireless (2.4GHz, Guest network)- 101.8 Mbps down; 0.11 Mbps up
Laptop 2, Dell Latitude 5410 - Windows 10 Enterprise 20H2 64bit - connected via wireless (5GHz) after router just rebooted- 171.4 Mbps down; 0.08 Mbps up
As you can see, as soon as wireless is introduced, upload speed drastically drops. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

What modem/gateway is it connected to?
Did this issue recently start or is the router a new purchase?
Are you using IPv6?

It is connected to an Arris TM1602 cable model that in turn is connected to Charter Spectrum internet.
I've had the router for a couple years and don't remember if the problem started then or if it is a new issue. Normally I wouldn't notice but I was trying to upload a couple medium size files (50-150MB) and noticed that it was taking forever. One it was done, I performed the tests above.
IPv6 is disabled (Router web page > Advanced > Advanced Setup > IPv6 > Disabled.

Try enabling ipv6 and see it if helps
