X10 R9000 WiFi not broadcasting after firmware update
WiFi not broadcasting after update. The premium support said it was hardware failure, however, upon downloading wr-ddt firmware it miraculously started broadcasting again. I don’t know about all the settings in wr-ddt so re-downloaded nighthawk firmware. Of course, it’s not broadcasting again, but I now know it’s not hardware failure. Any ideas?
Obviously, under wireless everything is turned on. The button is illuminated as well as the fact that under “wireless” settings if the button isn’t pressed it says “press the button to make it work dummy” (or something similar).

- NoonereallyAspirantI have a similar issue. Just updated because I got a new modem and 1 g. Now can’t factory reset, wifi is trash, NAT on Xbox is now moderate. No issues with Xbox plugged into modem no issues at all. I can not factory reset ANY way, not button, not trying to login on and do it. Not through nighthawk app.
- NoonereallyAspirantI left it unplugged overnight and was able to restore to factory defaults again.
- zookeeeTutorYeah, I left it unplugged for days
