Xbox Nat Type "Strict"

Hello all,

Ive been working with Microsoft, Xbox Support and my ISP to no avail. My issue is, I have a Strict nat type along with upnp not successfull displaying under network settings on my new Xbox One Series X. Steps I have taken are, Verifiying router has latest firmware Firmware Version
V1.0.4.84_10.1.84

It does per the router login page. I have tried toggling upnp on and off, rebooting all connections after each time. Same issue. I have tried placing my xbox with a static ip into dmz server and setting it up on the router. Same issue. I have tried forwarding all the ports on the xbox through the router and reset and tried again with no success.. My ip states that all looks good on their end. I am at a loss here and would appreciate any help or suggestions I could get. I am getting a ton of lag on a 200mb fiber optic connection from my isp. I can stream hd on other devices as well, it just seems to affect my gaming experience.

Thank you in advance

Jonathon

Its a Calix Gigapoint GP1100X. Was provided by them because I guess it is a "fiber optic" router that is necessary for their service to work properly.

Are you able to log into the gigapoint and put the netgears IP address into its dmz? its has some of its own routing functions built into it
