Nighthawk M1 MR1100 Telstra unlocked - Not connected to internet

Hello I have an unlocked Telsra MR 1100 and I would like to connect to my italian phone service provider (TIM). I have problem since the model was able to connect twice and than stopped. I have configured the APN with ibox.tim.it and I have already restored the modem to the factory settings but nothing. Anyone can help me ?
