Good morning, unfortunately this happens: one morning about 15 days ago I can’t connect to my Readynas Duo 2000 V2 that until the evening before had worked well. From evening to morning no installation, no shutdown. Hard drives have no particular problems, I tested them in other nas and they work. I read in the help forums the different procedures (reset, reinstall OS, skip etc) and I tried them all, including the use of utility kit from usb. Nothing, it seems that the nas can’t read the disc. The blue light flashes, the fan turns, but remains unreachable. The LEDs respond according to the type of start you choose (time of pressing the start or reset button). With raidar I can see the device, connected directly to a pc, only without disk inserted. Appears in raidar with blue led, and ip address 192.168.168.168 - address not reachable by browser, even with a notebook dated with firefox v. 54 . So the factory reset seems to have been successful. When I insert the hard disk, raidar doesn’t detect any devices. If I try the technical support start mode, with the disk unconnected, the telnet code 61520 appears (I’m going to memory I could be wrong some figures). The device is clean and in good condition to see. I do not understand if it is broken, but in the case I expected that it was not accessible even in raidar. Instead it remains visible only without disk. In theory it seems to be reset to factory settings. The other attempts, especially the reinstallation of the so is started but not finished (I left it a couple of days with what I thought was the reinstallation procedure, but nothing). The power off button works only without the disc, when the disc is inserted to turn it off I have to unplug. It’s irrecoverable? Has anyone had a similar case to mine? If so, how did you solve it? Thanks to someone who has given me their time and help me. Mark<
