Reads like the VLAN2 and the ports related are not correctly configured as access ports, with the PVID set to 2. This is why the DHCP requests are sent and handled by the DHCP on VLAN 1 resp. the other way round for VLAN 2, where the access ports have to be set for PVID 1.
Really using a Port Based VLAN configuration? According to the problem, this looks like it's the much more flexible (and complex) 802.1Q VLAN set-up.

Configurationは添付のように設定しています。
また、DHCPサーバ1 の接続を物理的に切る(LANケーブルを抜く)と、DHCPサーバ2が応答して、正しく IP Address が DHCPクライアント2に割り当てられます。

Also, if you physically disconnect DHCP Server 1 (unplug the LAN cable), DHCP Server 2 responds and correctly assigns an IP Address to DHCP Client 2.
