5ghz Randomly Disappears
This is the second time this has happened. Seemingly out of nowhere, my 5ghz network band just disappears from my network. My only options are 2.4 and 6 (limited). I do not use smart connect due to my smart home setup and this was never an issue on previous Netgear router (AX100). I am giving this router a try due to it's documented increased ranged. Last time this issue occurred, I rebooted the router and it corrected itself, but this shouldn't be a normal occurrence. Trying to determine what could be causing the 5ghz band to disappear.

If the 5Ghz disapeared after the router rebooted, it could be a bug.
If
(1) the 5Ghz operated well and then suddenly disappeared without reboots and
(2) you don't have other WiFi access points in your environment (e.g. extenders, gateway with WiFi enabled...) with the same 5GHz SSID, it could be because of radar signals deteced. You may try a different channl to see if it helps. If you use channel higher than 64, then you can try channel 48. If you use a channel smaller than 68, you can try channel 112.
Hello,
I just came here to say the same thing. I have to keep rebooting my router for 5ghz to show up I just rebooted yesterday and it's not working today so I am not even sure how long it was working correctly. The only thing I have changed is I started using my laptop on the 6e 6ghz band. I can't think of any other reason the 5ghz band keeps disappearing as I never had this issue before. It will not show up on any devices iphones pcs .

Can you share the complete screenshot of the 5GHz tile on the Web GUI / ADVANCED tab dashboard like this?
