Abnormal IP and connection failure after disabling smart connect - RS700

RS700 - Firmware Version V1.0.7.82_2.0.80

After disabling the smart connect (which means separate the 2.4Ghz, 5Ghz, and 6Ghz), all the mobile devices can't connect to the router, and the devices get weird IP.
