Thanks for the follow-up, here are the answers to your questions:
* Firmware: BE9300 running v1.0.1.90 (latest available online)
* ISP Modem/ONT: AT&T BGW320-505 with IP Passthrough (DHCPS-Fixed) to the BE9300
* Cable: CAT6A shielded between modem and router
* Protection Engine: Disabled
* IPv6: Disabled
* Smart Connect: Disabled
* 2.4 GHz: Manual channel 11, 20 MHz width, WPA2-AES
* 5 GHz: Manual channel 44, WPA2/WPA3 mixed
Despite this, all 2.4 GHz clients drop offline around 4 a.m. while SSID stays active. The 5 GHz and wired devices remain connected, and the only recovery is a power cycle.
At this point, it looks like a firmware-level 2.4 GHz radio hang (same symptoms others have reported on v1.0.1.90). Is a known issue? Would a firmware hotfix or replacement unit be need? This has become a security concern since my cameras and AC units rely on 2.4 GHz connectivity.
Appreciate it

What brand and model# are these 2.4Ghz devices.
Do ALL 2.4Ghz devices go off line at this time frame each day?
How many 2.4Ghz devices do you have connected?
Does channel 1 or 6 show same problem?
Can you test with Smart Connect enabled?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
