I tried the 30-30-30 and the 2.4 came back for about 12 hours and disappeared again.
Just for fun I shut down every device in the house that used 2.4ghz and after a few minutes the SSID re-appeared for me. Started turning things back on one at a time and found that some wifi bulbs I was using were the culprit, as soon as they powered up the wifi dropped. Power down and it came back.
Replaced them with some new bulbs and all is well.

Ah yes, smart bulbs. They have historically have caused odd issues before. Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
