Cannot get ReadyShare Access RS700

Hello - I have a Nighthawk BE RS700  and have attached a MyPassport portable Hard Drive to the Router. On the router app it indicates that I have a ready share drive - but Windows 10 does not show the drive. I have typed \\readyshare in File Explorer and get an error message (unrecognized). I have network discovery on. Your help resolving this issue - having access to the readyshare drive would be greatly appreciated

    Go into "turn windows features on and off" and make sure that the SMB 1/CIFS client is enabled.
