Never heard of local cyber security policies and I've been running large IT systems for many years.
Looking at the logs there's very litle information, gone are the multiply lines of "[DoS attack: STORM]" etc so I reckon I can manage without them.
What has caused a major problem is, I assume, the trial of Armor. All devices with an Public/ Private Network option we're changed to Public. I couldn't remove Armor but I did manage to disable it.
Thanks for your help....

Maybe something having to deal with what router mfrs have to work with for regional policies and would have to be followed. I know, seems odd that email logs feature would be effected, however maybe something has happened over the years that caused email logs to be come exploited by nefarious actors. Thus triggered some security concern at some level in your region. Noticed over the years that regional issues have cropped up and seems to have odd things seen across various products. Wifi is another item. Some of these were maybe not of a concern over 10 year ago.
Email feature is a code base in FW and would be seen across all model routers in the NA region. For those that are restricted in these other regions, would be removed for those regions.
Something to be aware of as well on RS router that should help with nefarious port scans, Protection Engine:
